Bridges EXP Alternatives: Replacing Placement and Compliance After the Shutdown

Updated October 2026

Bridges EXP is closed. Its website now says the Bridges EXP clinical placement solution is no longer available. (source) Its notice said new orders would be accepted through May 30, 2026, and the platform would no longer be accessible after June 30, 2026. (source)

Bridges EXP was a clinical experience platform: its site described clinical placement, clinical scheduling and onboarding and orientation tracking, built to keep the clinical rotation process organized and on time. (source) Replacing it usually means replacing two different jobs, and they don’t have to come from the same vendor.

What you are replacing

What Bridges EXP didWhat can replace it
Clinical placement and schedulingA placement or scheduling tool, such as the network your clinical sites already use (for example ACEMAPP), a student tracking system (for example Typhon), or a larger suite (for example Exxat)
Onboarding and requirement trackingA compliance tracker with document review, like our clinical compliance tracking portal
Drug screens and background checksA screening company that performs them; we do both, plus N95 fit testing

What Drug Free Schools covers

  • Live in 24–48 hours. Send the requirement list you used in Bridges, with due dates, renewal rules and your clinical sites’ rules, and we build your portal, usually within 24–48 hours.
  • Every upload reviewed within 24 hours, with the exact reason and what to upload instead if something is wrong.
  • Reminders before anything expires, by email and text, and a director dashboard that shows anyone not cleared for an upcoming rotation.
  • Clinical sites and rotations. Affiliation agreements with an expiry countdown, rotation assignments, clinical hours, and secure links that send a site exactly the records it needs.
  • Screening under one roof. On-campus drug screening from $25 a student (by cohort size), Quest screens at $40–$55, Checkr background checks at $35 or $70, and N95 fit testing at $25–$35.
  • $30 per student, one time. The school or the students can pay, administrator and faculty accounts are free, and there are no long-term contracts.

If you still have exported records from Bridges, send them with your requirement list and we load them; students upload anything outstanding from their phones. For a step-by-step checklist, see the Bridges shutdown guide.
