Pre-Employment Drug Test Online: $40, Any Quest Location

Updated July 2026

Not a student, but somebody needs your drug screen results this week? Same product, same price: $40 flat for a lab-based 10-panel urine screen at any Quest location nationwide. No membership, no bundle, no physician-fee surprise at checkout.

How it works

Why $40 instead of $54, $60, or a bundle

The identical Quest ten-panel urine screen lists at $53.99 and up through online resellers, and Quest's own consumer store adds a physician service fee starting at $6 on top of its panel price. School and employer bundle programs run higher still — published packages at institutions using large compliance vendors reach $120–$153.98. We're a 30-year screening company that already runs this volume for health science programs, so we sell the single test at program economics. And unlike a marketplace, there's a phone number with a human on it: (901) 517-7450.

Testing more than one person?

Employers, clinics, staffing agencies, and training programs: we run on-site collection events at $25 per person and provide in-house kits at $19.50 for small groups — plus N95 fit testing at $25 and Checkr background checks from $35 if you need the full stack. Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

Anyone who needs a lab-based 10-panel urine drug screen: new hires, clinical volunteers, healthcare workers changing employers, students returning from leave, contractors, and re-tests. If your employer or organization accepts a Quest lab result, this works.

Is this a real lab test or a home kit?

A real laboratory test collected at a Quest patient service center — not a retail dip-card kit. Retail instant kits ($4–$22) aren't accepted by employers and schools that require lab-based results.

How fast can I test?

We email your donor pass within one business day of your order. Take it to any Quest location nationwide; negative results typically return within a few business days of your visit.

Do I need a doctor's order?

No separate doctor visit is required — your donor pass is what you bring. Note that Quest's own consumer store discloses an additional physician service fee starting at $6 on top of the panel price; ours is $40 flat.

Can an employer order tests for several people?

Yes — contact us directly for group and account pricing. We run on-site collection events at $25 per person and provide in-house kits at $19.50 for small groups.

What's on the 10-panel?

Amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana (THC), methadone, methaqualone, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), and propoxyphene. Need a different panel? Ask before ordering.
