1. See your checklist
Log in to see every requirement your program has set, with its deadline.
2. Scan and upload
Scan documents with your phone's camera. The portal straightens and cleans up the photo and builds the PDF for you. Each requirement has an upload guide: an example of the right document, the common reasons documents get rejected, and any blank form you need to download.
3. Every upload is reviewed within 24 hours
If something isn't right, you'll see the exact reason and what to upload instead. Fix it and resubmit in one step.
4. Reminders before anything is due
Reminders count down to your deadlines by email and text, and before a requirement like CPR or a flu shot expires.
5. Order screenings in the portal
Order your drug screen and background check in the portal when your program requires them, and results return to your record. You can also order online: drug screen · background check. For a drug screen at Quest, bring your donor pass and a government-issued photo ID.
6. Download your records any time
You can download all of your documents whenever you want. Your records are never stuck.
