Set up your program without a meeting

You can see everything, try it, and go live by email. No call is required. If you'd rather talk, you'll reach Josh directly at (901) 517-7450.

How it works

  1. Click through the portal. Try the 8-step walkthrough, or watch the walkthroughs: Why programs switch (1:51), what students see (2:03) and the director dashboard (3:06).
  2. Try your own demo portal. Tick "Set up a demo portal first" below, or reply "demo" to any of our emails. We set it up with your programs so you can click through the coordinator view yourself. Nothing in it is live.
  3. Send your requirement list. Upload the checklist you use today, or type it in below. We'll match your due dates, renewal rules and clinical site requirements.
  4. We build your portal. Usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your requirements. You get your program code and coordinator login by email.
  5. Students register and you're live. Students sign up with your program code and pay $30 once, for the whole program. Faculty and administrator accounts are free.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to get on a call?

No. Everything above works by email. If you'd like a walkthrough with your program directors, we're glad to do a 30-minute Zoom.

Is there a contract?

There are no long-term contracts. If your school needs its own agreement, purchase order or vendor forms, tell us in the form and we'll complete them with you by email.

Who pays, the school or the students?

Either. Most programs have students pay $30 once when they register. Faculty and administrator accounts are always free.

What about drug screens and background checks?

Students can order a drug screen at a Quest location ($40, or $50 with alcohol) or a background check ($35 standard, $70 premium) online. For on-campus screening of a whole cohort, tell us your cohort size and dates and we'll send a written quote.
