School instructions for Viewpoint route students to a “Click to Chat” bubble for issues like rescheduling a drug test. Chat is fine until it isn’t — a rejected titer three days before clinicals is not a chat-bubble problem. At Drug Free Schools, every document is reviewed by trained staff within 24 hours with a specific fix-it note, and escalation goes to a named human whose number your coordinators already have. We have been answering that phone as a family since 1995.
