What actually changed
Two separate things happened to the CastleBranch product family. First, the Bridges EXP clinical experience platform was retired, with the system going offline June 30, 2026. Second, CastleBranch's screening services were sold to DISA Global Solutions and now operate under DISA Healthcare, the same company that runs the Complio platform. Programs that relied on Bridges for compliance tracking now need a new home for that work, and programs evaluating the screening side are working with a different corporate owner than the one they originally signed with.

- Export your records now. Pull student compliance documents, requirement lists, due dates, and status reports out of any system you're leaving while access still exists anywhere in your workflow.
- Write down your requirements as they actually are. Program-by-program: immunizations, titers, TB rules, CPR level, background check package, drug panel, fit testing, and the review criteria your clinical partners enforce.
- Notify clinical partners. Hospitals and clinical sites need to know which platform will verify student readiness going forward.
- Evaluate replacements on the work, not the demo. How are documents reviewed, and how fast? What do students pay, and what does the school pay?
- Train before the semester starts. Coordinators, faculty, and students should touch the new system before the first compliance deadline, not on it.
