Are CastleBranch and Complio really the same company now?
They share the same corporate owner. CastleBranch officially rebranded to DISA Healthcare Technology, and American DataBank operates as “A DISA Healthcare Company.”
Can Complio orders be refunded or canceled?
No. The DISA Complio FAQ states that once you have placed the order it is not refundable, and that there is no way to cancel an order after it is submitted because orders are processed immediately — it answers this directly for students who are no longer in the program.
How fast can a program switch to Drug Free Schools?
Portals typically go live 24–48 hours after we receive your program's requirement list. Existing records can be exported from your current system and loaded, and students upload anything outstanding from their phones.
Does Drug Free Schools cover screening too, or just tracking?
Both. Immunization tracking, drug testing (on-site events plus the nationwide Quest network), Checkr-powered background checks including FACIS Level 3, and N95 fit testing all run through one portal.
